OCA-GLA wants you to be counted!

Do you know what it means to be counted for the Census?Filling out and returning your census forms ensures that you and your community receives the proper amount of funding for areas such as:

  • Hospitals
  • Job training centers
  • Schools
  • Senior centers
  • Bridges, tunnels and other-public works projects
  • Emergency services

The information collected in the Census effects everyone from school children to the elderly, so make sure that you are included in the count!

Come and learn how to fill out your Census form, or volunteer to help Chinatown residents to fill out their forms!

Did you know that an estimated 60% of Chinatown was not counted in the last census?  With your help, we can change that!  And by signing a pledge card, promising to complete your census form, you will be entered to win gift certificates from Empress Pavilion.
